Blackberry


So remember when I longed for a macro lens? And got frustrated with my inability to zoom in and get a clear shot? Well some little birdies were paying attention and guess what I got for my birthday? A delicious, delicious macro lens! I have only shot with it for about 5 minutes so far (well unless you count the endless pictures of my toes I took on our road trip. And the volume dial. Zooming by gorgeous landscapes is sadly not very conducive to beautiful close-up shots. But on Friday, I took it out and shot some of our blackberries and strawberries and man, oh man was it exhilarating to get this close. I can’t wait to spy through this lens regularly, and see the world in a way that I couldn’t before.
