Art & Soul


What a wonderful long weekend. We biked to the Art & Soul Festival downtown which was a blast. Saw loads of hip-hop, awesome dance (including these amazing kids! the intensity!), Matt Nathanson (who is rather adorable) and most exciting, the Indigo Girls (SQUEEEEEEE!). We ate amazing kettle corn, got lectured by the Green Team (soiled pizza boxes= compostable, unsoiled cardboard=recyclable, in case you were wondering) and biked around the lake before heading back home. The very best part is that Labor Day weekend usually means the end of summer is just around the corner, but here we’re heading into the best couple months. Looking forward to many more weekends spent sitting in the sun…
